Subject to your explicit consent, we may retrieve your mobile device’s contact list. This access facilitates the identification of your contacts on Sendeau, enabling you to send money to friends and family via Sendeau by searching for their phone numbers, or usernames. The information transmitted and utilized serves the purpose of streamlining friend identification on ‘ Sendeau ‘ and facilitating transactions with your contacts should you choose to sync your contact list information with your Account. We solely access your contact list information upon your direct authorization.
For instance, upon providing us with your contacts’ information, we may indicate which of them have also registered for our Services. This allows you to send money to them swiftly and at no cost.
Rest assured, we do not utilize this data to send messages to your contacts or for any purpose beyond what is essential for Sendeau’s functionalities.
Sendeau Corp. gathers and utilize personal data solely on lawful grounds established by applicable privacy laws. These grounds may differ based on our Users’ locations but generally encompass processing personal data for various reasons:
